Pre Season (School Year) Practice Schedule
Swim practices begin the Thursday, May 28th after Memorial Day. All practices are held in the evenings until the Fairfax County Public School (FCPS) school year ends. Pre-season practice options for Mini Mustangs will begin June 1st and will require signup. Information will be emailed.
Preseason Practice Times:
Monday – Friday
5:00 – 5:30pm - Ages 8 & Under
5:30 – 6:15pm - Ages 9 - 10
6:15 – 7:15pm - Ages 11 - 18

Summer Practice Schedule
The day after the FCPS school year ends (June 18th), evening practices cease and morning practices begin. Mini Mustangs morning practices will not begin until June 22nd. Please see see information regarding Mini schedule for June 18 and June 19.
Regular Season Practice Times:
Monday – Friday
7:30-8:15 - "Camp Practice" for any swimmers who cannot attend age group practices due to camps and or family schedules (minis included)
8:15 – 9:15am - Age Groups 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18
9:25 – 10:10am - Mini Mustangs
9:15 – 10:15am - Age Groups 8 and Under and 9-10
